3 days per week in the central Edinburgh project office, 2 days home working

Rate negotiable

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide technical consenting guidance, support and oversight during Project execution.
• Act as a key interface between engineering and consenting teams during the process for grid connection site selection and design refinement (offshore and onshore).
• Identify consenting risks and develop mitigation plans for key risks for design, construction, operation and decommissioning.
• For specific work packages including site selection and EIA, manage environmental and consenting consultants to deliver required outputs to support project development.
• Identify and support environmental consents and licenses required to support site investigation activities.
• Manage the delivery of surveys, assessments and reporting required for consents and Environmental Impact Assessment requirements.

Essential Education:

• Degree in Environmental related discipline, Engineering or Science or comparable experience.
