Requirements:

Liaise with JMJ Consultants and clients on IIF activities
Administrational support of the IIF Leadership Team
Be the point of IIF Leadership communication
Participate in IIF Management 'walkabouts' with the clients
Deliver IIF Living in Action for new employees
Deliver Coaching IIF in Action session for project employees
Organize IIF field assessments for WRP’s
Organization of Monthly IIF Award/recognition ceremonies with management’s participation
Monthly tracking of best workers for commitment to IIF program, giving supporting the project IIF Campaigns on different IIF or HSE topics
Managing HES Training & IIF database
Report IIF data to client (weekly)
Provide admin support for MAC personnel enrolment
Manage HES training database
Participate in weekly Coordinators meeting with client
Support development and planning of IIF communications / IIF events on the project
Coach and develop IIF Champions
Organization and deliver HSE induction
