Contract: Contracts Engineer / Kazakhstan

Requirements:

•    Demonstrable thorough understanding of the practical contracting issues associated with remote Drilling Operations, Well Engineering services e.g. Terms and Conditions, Payment Structures/ Schedules, Dispute Resolution and Amendment Tracking
Necessary skills  
•    Fluent communication skills (verbal and written) in English;
•    Proven track record in contractual negotiation, drafting, delivery and management of capital well engineering contracts and associated logistics support in an international environment;
•    Ability to work to challenging project/ tendering schedules and prioritise contracting requirements;
•    Able to constructively challenge existing preconceptions, find and apply innovative solutions and realise cost reductions wherever possible within the contracting process
