Contract: TRS - Quality Lead / Abu Dhabi

As a Quality Lead, for TRS, you will be:

Reporting to the UAE Quality Leader, the Quality Lead- TRS is responsible for working cross functionally to continually improve internal processes.

He/she will be responsible for:

• Ensure accurate & timely reporting & follow up of customer and internal audit activities including tracking to closure and continuous improvement.
• Drive and manage the effective and timely closure of audit findings and associated corrective and preventive action plans.
• Ensure customer issues are reported and managed effectively through the Customer Issue Resolution System, driving timely and effective closure.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations into customer issues as necessary to identify causal factors and determine improvement actions.
• Support the Continuous Improvement (CI), Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), Quality Management System (QMS).
• Identify and drive best practices and simplification opportunities and initiatives
• Adherence to and compliance with company and regulatory HSE requirements & expectations at all times
• Adherence to and compliance with company and regulatory Quality management system requirements at all times
• Establishing QMS procedures for local Tubular Runing Services operations in UAE.
• To focus on the QMS of the site leading the auditing process and de-fining controls.
• To manage and maintain the document control, records control process for the facility.
• Ensure correct alignment with quality requirements (ISO 9001, APIQ2, and other applicable standards
• Ensure correct use of BHOS documentation templets, branding and required format, required languages.
  • Oversee fulfillment of contractual and regulatory requirements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Capture lessons learned to continually improve execution processes.
  • Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
  • Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
  • Contributes to project as a team member.

 

 

Qualifications & Competency Required

• • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from an accredited university or college
  • ISO 9000:2015 Lead auditor
  • API Q2 Lead auditor
  • Problem solving and Quality tools  
  • At least 3-5 years experience in writing procedures, documentations 
  • Significant experience in a quality, operations, or engineering role (Minimum 5-8 years)
