HSE Lead Brownfield & Shutdown

Responsible for assisting the Head of HSES – Brownfield & Shutdown in implementing the Project Health, Safety, Environment & Security (HSES) Plans, and for ensuring the effective implementation of Contractor’s HSES Management System at Contractor Brownfield & Shutdown scope of work.
Providing continual communication, coordination, and advice to the Head of HSES – Brownfield & Shutdown on HSES issues and the HSES performance of the EPCOL Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors.
Bachelor degree in Safety, Engineering, Science or Environmental Management, or higher level equivalent.
NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years broad experience in execution of major projects, including at least 8 years in the Brownfield of Onshore/Offshore production facilities.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity of health & safety management.
Minimum five years’ experience working in the Middle East, with prior experience executing projects within the State of Qatar strongly preferred.
