Estimator – Commercial Construction – Institutional Projects

This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator to secure their next permanent role. The client is a well-established commercial construction company based in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for many years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Estimator to join their team on a full-time basis to work on upcoming tenders.

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Tender Management
• Contract & Tender Administration
• Business Development
• Systems Support   

Experience/Skills required:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Estimator for a Construction Company
• Experience submitting tenders in the range of $5-25m
• Fluent with Cubit and EstimateOne
• Strong verbal and written skills
