The client is seeking a Records Management Technician for a long-term contract in Calgary, AB. The shifts are 5/2 Monday through Friday.

Key Accountabilities:

Process and manage Business Records both physical and electronic.
- Classify, scan, process and load records to systems & record repositories (Documentum; OmniRim)
- Support business in locating records across multiple sources
- Deliver records management requirements against key business activities such as acquisitions and divestments
Provide backup for other staff and business support
Regular use of computers, technology and software/applications including: Microsoft Word, Email, Calendar, Excel, Documentum, OmniRim, Adobe Acrobat and TreeSize
Other duties as required

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Records Management or years of experience in a similar role will be considered
Typically 3+ years’ experience in a computerized Records Management environment
Experience working with physical and electronic records
Experience working with engineering and vendor documents preferred
