Site Supervisor - Luxury Homes / Australia

The Company & Role:

Opportunity to join a Luxury Home brand, part of a larger group of companies that have been operating in the home building sector for over 20 years. With a number of new developments coming into Construction, they're now in a position to appoint a Site Supervisor to join the team to manage a portfolio of homes across some of the cities most sought after suburbs.

The locations will include:

Nedlands, Como, Dalkeith and Applecross, with 4-5 homes based on each development site:

In the role of Site Supervisor you will be working in a close knit team reporting to a Construction Manager with the the role encompassing all elements of building, from co-ordination of sub-contractors, call forwarding and job programming software and management of client relationships to ensuring the successful completion of projects with good office support and quality control processes in place. The Site Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining a high quality of work and keeping projects built within time frames and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 18 months+ High End Residential experience (essential)
• Trades base (ideal but not essential)
• Solid tenure with current or previous employers
• Trade background or tertiary qualification
• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites 
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
