Requirements:

Higher education in the relevant speciality
Not less than 2 years of work experience in the positions of specialist or secondary professional education
Not less than 3 years of work experience in production activity control
The current International Well Control Certificate
Knowledge of risk management and HSE management;
Organizational/management documentation, standards and technical procedures relating to the operational and business activities within the discipline
Engineering requirements applied to work, carried out within the discipline, drilling and completion technology
Equipment and its operational regulations
Advanced domestic and foreign experience relating to the similar activities carried out within the discipline
Labour management, operations and management basics
