About the Role
This past 12 months we have grown our business considerably, securing preferred supplier agreements with some of the worlds more reputable mining houses.
Our Account Manager is keeping job flow strong, which means there are plenty of jobs to fill and commission to be made!
Your main responsibility is to ensure all candidates who are progressing through the mobilisation stage are 100% compliant with all pre-mob requirements.

The role of the Mobilisation Administrator is to provide our Contractors with first class support whilst going through the onboarding process, facilitating a seamless and positive experience.
- Contacting Contractors to initiate their onboarding and explain the process
- Arrange medicals and chase up results
- Undertake due diligence, including background checks, collection of qualifications, tickets and licenses, and right to work in Australia verification
- Manage the simultaneous onboarding of 10-15 Contractors at a given time
- Maintain contact with the Contractor throughout the process, providing updates and indicative timelines
- Upload documents into internal and external portals
- Provide regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders regarding progress
- Maintain various systems, including Ariba, Fieldglass, Bullhorn, Success Factors, and of course Excel!
