About the Role

They predominantly work on contracts that include residential commercial, transport related buildings, government buildings, retail, high rise and niche special projects.

With a global presence and offices in multiple states of Australia, you will be the step in to provide assistance as the face to the business in their Sydney office. 

You will be working across;
  • Meeting & greeting guests
  • Managing meeting rooms & supplies
  • Phone switchboard management
  • General inbox management & queries
  • General ad-hoc administrative duties across project support and the general operations of the wider business
About You
For fulfilment of this role you will possess;
  • The ability to start as of Monday 8th November 
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry preferred but not essential
  • Expert user of all MS Office programmes
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills and adherence to strict confidentiality
  • A strong team player with an excellent phone and personal manner
  • A vibrant, resillient and fun personality with a light-hearted nature 
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will be awarded $35hr + super and work full-time hours (8.30-5pm).
This temp contract has a view to go up until the Christmas break at a minimum, with potential to extend into the new year following Christmas closure.
