Lead Engineer / Perth

Due to huge growth plans and investment, the client is at various stages of multiple wind/solar and hybrid projects. These EPC projects will be shaping the landscape and providing energy to various industries.

With plans in place, we are now at the point of sourcing a Lead Engineer, on a permanent basis, to oversee these projects.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead Engineers across renewable projects from sales through to completion.

Be hands on during the design phase and provide technical support during construction and commissioning stages.

You will be a driven individual with strong communication and be able to demonstrate critical thinking.

Coordinate and review all sub-contractor documents.

Technical calculations and the preparation of Bill of Materials will also be a critical part of your role.

Preparation of scope of works and specifications for procurement

Key Skills and Experience Required:

Tertiary qualification, or equivalent, in engineering discipline.

Previous experience working on solar projects.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to lead a multicultural team.

A desire for you to lead the team to achieve the targets and GET THE JOB DONE, in a responsible and safe manner.
