Lead of Contracts - EPC-1

Responsible for providing commercial, contractual, and functional direction related to all aspects of contracting including, the pre-award

formulation of tender packages up the date of award and post award management up to close-out of an EPC and other miscellaneous

contracts to support the NFXP Project.

 

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering; or

• Bachelor Law or Business.

Experience • Minimum of five (5) years of broad contract management, contracts and procurement experience on major oil and gas

projects.

• Administering the EPC contract, documenting and recording all changes via the

management of change process including change request evaluation and drafting

Change Orders, payment milestone verification, payments and invoicing,

management of correspondence, management of claims, monitoring of

bonds/guarantees/insurance validity, and closing out the contract.

• Review contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance by the EPC

Contractor and ensure Company requirements are continually being met.

• Assist with the review and negotiation of project change order requests submitted

by EPC Contractor.
