As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Office Administrator to oversee general office admin and complete various tasks.

The responsibilities for this position include:

• Various office administration tasks including support to the financial team, data entry and processing of information
• Reviewing current processes and procedures and applying knowledge to implement changes that may be necessary
• Provide leadership across different business units and support staff

Experience/Skills required:

• Experience in all facets of office administration
• Proven experience supporting the financial team with tasks such as accounts payable and receivable
• Ability to plan accordingly and effectively
