Contract: Learning and Development Specialist / Calgary

The valued client is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist for a 10 month contract located in Calgary, AB.

With guidance and oversight from senior Learning and Development specialists and in collaboration with business area subject matter experts, will perform learning needs analysis and audience assessments to understand learning needs and provide advice on appropriate learning approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and design, develop and implement high quality learning content using the Articulate 360 suite.
• Support training needs in 3 languages of English, French and Spanish.
•  Support the creation or modification to learning programs
• Will required adherence to established processes and protocols, quality and safety standards for learning content.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, methods for curriculum and training design are preferred.
• Proficiency in Articulate suite is required.
• Fluency in French and Spanish languages (both written and verbal) is also highly preferred.
•  Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Workday Learning Management System and is an asset.
