Contract Administrator – Commercial Construction – Upcoming Education Projects

This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to secure their next permanent role. The client is a well-established commercial construction company based in East Melbourne.  They have enjoyed continued growth for many years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis to work on upcoming education projects in the East and South-East of Melbourne.
 
The responsibilities of this role are:

• Prepare head contract claims/variations
• Manage project budgets
• Assess and process subcontractor payment
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Process purchase orders and requisitions
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

Experience/Skills required:

• Bachelor of Construction Management
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a CA for a Commercial Builder in Melbourne
• Experience successfully delivering projects in the range of $1-20M
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed and grow within the business
• Strong verbal and written skills
