REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field
MBA or post-graduate in related field is a plus
CFA desired
At least 5 years work experience working as Business Development Officer or similar role
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools and technique
Knowledgeable with Merger & Acquisition, EPC and PPA, Taxation, Project Finance, Shareholder Loans, Capital structure
Preferably with work experience in energy or holding industry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees the project management of new business development initiatives of the Company
Leads in the early-stage discussions with potential business partner throughout the project life cycle
Oversees due diligence of the project and collaborates with other department for consideration of legal, commercial, and financial issues surrounding the project
Leads the overall management of deals. May be solely responsible for certain aspects of the project
Coordinates with internal and external groups for the execution of the transaction
Performs various operations functions for the project companies on and an ad hoc basis
