Boiler Expert / Philippines

This position plays a key role in planning, designing, and implementing the asset management plans and policies relating to boilers and their auxiliary equipment and controls.

Qualification:

• At least 10 years’ experience in boiler maintenance in power generation industry or petrochemical/industrial gas production/refining (Experience requirement maybe reduced for individuals with an advanced technical or business degree, or registration as a professional engineer)
• At least 2 years’ experience working for boiler original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or industrial service provider (ISP)
• Experience in preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices
• Experience in performance enhancement and optimization of operating assets or processes
• Experience in analysis of plant/facility financial performance requirements against operations, maintenance, and repair costs
• Experience in reliability engineering, statistical analyses of failure modes, and root cause failure analyses (preferred but not required)
• Exposure to plant information systems and performance monitoring software applications

Leadership: 

Experience leading technical team members in the execution of Design and/or Service Work Completion to successfully complete time-bound project and financial budgets within schedule

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
• Master’s degree in Engineering, an advantage
