Rotation: 28 x 28 rotation

I am currently recuriting for a Senior Project Manager to be based in Iraq on a 28 x 28 rotation.

The Small Projects Manager (SPM) is a pivotal role in the operations organization that reports to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager. The safe delivery of a significant portfolio of multidiscipline minor projects is the principal accountability of the role. Success in this endeavour requires excellence in the leadership of a highly skilled team of Project Managers, package engineers and international and national contract engineering organizations. Moreover, outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholder groups both internal and external to the organization are key attributes for this role.

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline
-Ability to speak Arabic would be beneficial but not essential
-Experience in most of world environments is preferred.
-Vastly experienced in the development and safe delivery of discrete and bespoke project scopes, significant and complex programs, and portfolio management.
-Extensive leadership of Project manager teams in a multi-discipline engineering environment, and teams that are both physically collocated and remote (virtual connectivity).
-Experienced in greenfield and brownfield hydrocarbon production facilities design, engineering, and operation. Capable and skilled in the integration of project scopes across the full value chain of hydrocarbon and water production facilities.
-Broad knowledge and experience of the expectations and drivers for core hydrocarbon production related disciplines of Integrity Management, Maintenance, and Construction.
-Chartered with an engineering and or project management professional body
