Requirements:

Higher education (in the field of electrical engineering) in the relevant specialty
At least 4 years of work experience in the specialty or secondary vocational education and at least 5 years of work experience in the field of industrial activity management.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage contractor’s activities from a position of influence and to deliver quality results efficiently under tight budget and schedule constraints to meet project objectives.
Confident in management of interface with contractor and Vendor personnel
Good written and verbal communication skills to monitor and supervise Contractor’s engineering activities and interface
Good Problem solving
Strong proactive team player
Proactive approach to decision process
Good technical, interpersonal and team-working skills
Competent with basic computer programs (MS Office as a minimum)
Fluent written and spoken English
