The client is currently recruiting for the position of Corporate HSSE Manager, based in Aberdeen.
Must have the rights to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that the company maintains its Licence to Operate and maintains positive
relationships with the key regulators by supporting the operating assets.
* Manage the company's Management System and deliver expert support and advice on implementation and compliance with legislation, international standards, and internal procedures.
* Ensure the organisation follows the Plan, Do, Check and Act philosophy and drives learning and continual improvement across the business.
* Ensure that all the company's Management System Business Process Owners understand their accountabilities and deliverables.
* Co-ordinate the Management System Annual Review.
* Manage the company's Process Safety Leadership Framework and ensure that Technical Integrity is maintained across the company's operated portfolio.
* Accountable to the Head of HSSE and ESG as the Business Process Manager for key HSSE management system processes.
* Carry out Incident Investigations as required.
* Own and deliver Occupational Health Management across the organisation.
* Ensure that safety in design is delivered in all company Projects.
* Assure the Environmental Management System and maintain IS014001 compliance.
* Support the Operated by Other Assets from an HSSE perspective and assist with influencing activities with our partners.
* Champion Human Performance/Factors across the organisation
* Liaise with Regulators (HSE, NSTA, BEIS) and other trade bodies such as Step Change in Safety and OEUK.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Significant and demonstratable senior HSSE leadership experience in the UKCS.
* Senior Incident Investigator.
* Excellent knowledge of Human Factors Significant Audit Experience.
* Able to travel offshore
* Continuous Improvement and Management System experience considered to be an advantage.
* Degree qualified
* NEBOSH qualified.
