Maintenance Planning Engineer (National)

You will be responsible for:

•    Implementation of planned maintenance works, taking into account related criteria.
•    Preparation and updating of Company catalogs, spare parts lists, implementation of project changes/modifications, completion of machine and machinery cards, inspection cards, lubrication and service cards.
•    Preparation of list of technical maintenance materials and spare parts for mechanical maintenance and planning, participation in supply process of spare parts
•    Fulfillment of separate requirements and implementation of procedures not included in annual orders.
•    Organization of technical repairs to be carried out at the plant through contractors.
•    Development of programs related to automated technical repair and investigation of defects in cases of downtime due to equipment malfunctions.
•    Archiving of technical literature and drawings of equipment in the archives of the mechanical repair and planning department, obtaining missing drawings, coordinating and organizing related work.
•    Ensuring the automation of technical repairs, preparation of monthly reports on the analysis of operation and accidents at the end of each month.
•    Participating in the work of the technical maintenance team related to monthly reports.
•    Preparation of the annual budget, monitoring and compilation of annual maintenance costs.
•    Preparing various training materials related to the maintenance department, conducting training for the staff, determining the annual training needs of the department's employees.
•    Controlling the current year's budget and drawing up the new year's budget.

You will have:

•    Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mechanical engineering
•    Minimum of 3 years of maintenance planning experience
•    Fluency in Azerbaijani and intermediate command of English
•    Competency in MS Office, SAP, MS Project and Primavera software
•    Awareness of working principles and parts of plant equipment (preferred)
•    Analytical and reporting skills
