Currently we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior PMO Manager / Project Controls Manager who has a proactive approach and a strong background in the fields of Project Planning/Scheduling, Document Control, Risk, Cost, and Interface Management. This role will have key responsibility for the PMO function and become an integral part of the project management and development team for offshore windfarms in Oceania.
As a PMO Manager / Project Controls Manager you will drive, lead and develop the PMO function and play an important role in the project development and execution. 

Responsibilities fo the role include:
  • Ensuring that project programmes/schedules, interfaces, changes, documentation management and project risks are maintained and managed carefully
  • Developing and implementing procedures and processes for both project management and project control
  • Maintain detailed project plans and carry out progress updates in Primavera (P6), establish and maintain Devex and Capex budgets, communicate and report progress, performance and forecast
  • Facilitate scenario analysis and support Package Managers/EPC Director in decision making, drive and optimize consistent risk and interface management/administration in project
To succeed in this role, you have:
Master or bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar and be able to demonstrate outstanding results achieved in a previous experience within the area of a PMO function as well as possess the following skills:
  • Structured and analytical approach with high ability to prioritise and execute tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present and communicate complex matters to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills. Proactive and co-operative way of working and high attention to detail
  • PMI-PMP qualification or and equivalent project management training as well as experience with stage-gate model and structured project execution will be an advantage
  • Previous experience with offshore wind and/or floating offshore wind will be an advantage, effective and comprehensive skills in Primavera, PowerPoint and Excel are a prerequisite
