Detailing Manager / Australia

This company is well-known in the residential construction industry for their excellent customer service and product to builders. They have been in operation for over 10 years and run a large, clean and well-organised factory out in western Sydney. 
The teams area structured, friendly and supportive and the office culture is fun and positive. 
Due to their great customer service, they are quickly building their client pipeline and will be experiencing further growth. There could be room for growth into a more senior position in the future. 
There is plenty of parking on site with office hours being early start, early finish. 

Role:

• Manages the day to day operations, including the hiring, and relevant performance management of the Detailing department
• Supervise daily activities to ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently and in accordance with procedures
• Respecting and nurturing key customer relationships, through the
• relevant ETS and Warranty Review processes
• Point of contact for escalations, back charges, and major issues regarding detailing, warranty, lead times and pricing.
• Manages and maintains key customer card file information
• Manages a local and offshore workforce, with a mindset of continuous improvement and ‘smarter ways of working

Skills:

• 2+ years’ experience within the domestic housing market
• Experience leading and managing a team
• Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficiency with plan reading
• Experience with AutoCAD is required, ability to rollout 3D modelling across a business is highly desirable.
