SAP HCM PY Consultant / Kazakhstan

Location: Almaty 5/2

Requirements:

• Participation in projects to support and develop the system
• Solving non-trivial problems caused by user errors, system configuration errors
• Solving integration issues
• Writing technical tasks for developers and testing the implementation
• Preparation and testing of implemented functionality
• Preparation of operational instructions and user training.
• SAP certificate is preferred
• Experience in SAP HCM maintenance and/or implementation
• Knowledge of functional modules on payroll PY, personnel accounting, organizational management and working time accounting
• Basic knowledge of ABAP (using a debugger, setting a task for a developer)
• Knowledge of business processes, legislation and basic regulations in the field of personnel management, accounting and reporting
• Knowledge of HR functionality settings
• Experience in preparing instructions, specifications for the development of design solutions, test scenarios, etc.
