As an Human Resource (HR) professional, you'll be a trusted partner helping to shape our culture, support our business objectives, and influence strategies for sourcing and recruiting the talent necessary to enable remarkable impact on patients around the world. Additionally, you will leverage best-in- class HR practices to continually construct, deliver and support programs and processes that establish as an employer of choice. This position will serve the People Insights function within Global Human Resources. Specifically, the Specialist is charged with supporting data requests and HR dashboards, including maintaining data integrity, running reports and providing data analysis, and drawing conclusions from data trends to support enterprise-wide talent strategies. This position will report to the Director of People Insights.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Provide management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of data, analytics, and systems training
* Support the People Insights team in addressing business challenges through data management and analysis
* Provide expert training, functional support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to PI staff as it relates to dashboards and data
* Generate reports, conduct data analysis, and provide meaningful insight to People Insights and other HR colleagues and partners for use in making informed decisions
* Manage HR dashboards, provide analysis, and present key findings to leadership
* Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics to support strategic decision making among HR leaders
* Ensure data integrity, perform data audits, and produce quality data analytics and reports
* Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and adherence to local and federal regulations, such as the OFCCP, U.S. Dept of Labor, and EU Safe Harbor laws
* Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
* Other duties to support People Insights team as assigned
