HSSE Lead is a member of the central squad for the Americas HSE team to deliver on a variety of programs in support of HSE and OMS. The role is accountable for providing subject matter expertise, analytical support, and program management to drive improved HSE performance. The role will lead and support a variety of efforts including OMS, Self-Verification, Risk, Performance Reporting, Management of Change, Process Safety, Policies/Procedures, HSE Communications, and Training.
- Support team in delivery of critical safety processes: OMS, Risk, MAR, Self- Verification, Performance Reporting, HSSE Analysis, Management of Change, Process Safety
- Coordinate self-verification, including conducting OPRs
- Drive efficiency opportunities in systems and processes
- Ensure health of supporting systems (e.g. IRIS, BI)
- Support Advisor team or other central squad members during periods of high workload (e.g. incidents, crisis response)
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of experience in HSSE, process safety, or operations/assets role
- Experience working in a dynamic environment and balancing multiple priorities
- Experience working with HSE Management systems (Risk, Process Safety, Organizational Learning)
