Complete RLG skill training requirements demonstrating competence in: one-on-one coaching, facilitation, computer project management, financial, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (usually business or Engineering)
Significant (7 years or greater) management and leadership experience
Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Certification
Professional Project Management Training, CAPM®
Fluent Written and Spoken in English and Russian
Prior experience working on international assignments.
Willing to rotate to different countries and cultures or to relocate for a fixed period
