Project Delivery Lead (PDL)

- The Project Delivery Lead (PDL) is responsible for follow up Engineering and Procurement deliverables, with focus on prefabrication and installation work packages; system completion documentation; and material required for Construction (PreFab), Installation and Completion. 
- Ensuring that the Multidiscipline team have the capacity to execute the projects according to the scope of work, the man-hour budget, schedule and quality; and implement required corrective actions to ensure optimal project execution

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Experience with management roles in the oil and gas industry, preferably within engineering
- Write and speak both Norwegian and English
- Knowledge of Company and Equinor Kårstø is an advantage
