Contract: Administrative Assistant, Field / Canada

The valued client is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their office in Estevan, SK for a 1 year Maternity Leave starting as soon as possible. The schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. This position requires someone who is able to work effectively, while utilizing their excellent communication skills on a daily basis. The candidate must also be well organized with the ability to multi-task and work under a deadline driven, team environment.

Reporting to the Administrative Supervisor, the responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant are not limited to the following:

• Front Desk Reception
• Inputting a large volume of electronic invoicing, with an accuracy target of 95% Must have previous experience with Open Invoice
• Microsoft office and intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
• Responding to vendor inquiries
• Strong communications skills, written and verbal
• Ability to problem solve
• Previous oil and gas knowledge would be an asset
