Key Responsibility Areas:
? Processing of payroll for internationally mobile employees across several different contract types
? Working with our HR Operations team in London and globally to ensure that all data is correctly captured within the appropriate deadlines
? Liaising with international offices to ensure the assignee’s remuneration is correctly report for local tax purposes and home country social security
? Supporting client Bank to ensure the timely & correct remuneration payment to each assignee
? Reviewing Payroll reconciliations
? Performing payroll calculations and accurate checks of the pay records
? Coordinating third party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of the payroll
? Overseeing monthly reporting: to management (including a monthly change report), HMRC and external providers
? Recording remuneration data into our Cost of Labour report & data management within several systems
? Drafting pension reconciliations and working with our Pension providers to ensure the correct and timely allocation of pension contributions. And managing third party pension suppliers when the funds are collapsed
? Supporting the payroll team during internal/external audits
? Finally, ensuring that any changes the payroll procedure is properly documented
Qualifications:
? Relevant University Degree in HR, Finance or similar
? Any other related qualification, such as CIPP degree/ certificate or others, would be advantageous
Knowledge and experience:
? Substantial International payroll or Expatriate payroll experience
? Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
? Experience with HR databases
? Demonstrated supplier management skills
