Project Manager – International Assignments
Location: based initially in Germany and thereafter in Saudi Arabia, reporting to the European Technology Headquarters in Hersham, Surrey.
Duration: 12 months renewable contract

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work with technology partners to deliver design and construction projects, involving high technology power generation and industrial gas plants for the supply of carbon-free Hydrogen, achieving project completions to stringent safety, time, quality, and budget constraints.

Specific to this role, you will be accountable for the Project Management of large Hydrogen Electrolyser packages at one of the technology partners’ locations in Dortmund, Germany, delivering into the overall build, own, operate project at Neom in Saudi Arabia

Job Requirements:
-Degree qualified (preferred) Chartered Engineers with significant project management experience gained in an EPC/EPCM environment servicing the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Petrochemicals industries. Previous Hydrogen or Electrolysis project experience would be beneficial.
-A visible track record of supporting or leading large multi- discipline engineering design and construction projects to successful delivery.
-A work ethic featuring determination, adaptability and resilience with the ability to lead under pressure, evolving requirements, and conflicting priorities.
-Culturally astute with experience and ability to understand & adapt leadership, communication, and management styles to different cultures associated with multi-region project execution and multi-cultural teams.
-A willingness to undertake domestic and international business travel, including extended periods away from home.
