Graduate Recruiter - Orlando

We are looking for a passionate person who wants to progress into a more senior position in the future. We have full commitment to the clients and run a customer focused team, driven by providing quality candidates and excellent customer service.

While there's not initially a full sales focus associated to the role due to our partnership with the clients, we are looking for focused and motivated individuals who can manage their own pipeline and build relationships with candidates during their application journey.

In the role your responsibilities will include:

• Writing job advertisements
• Reviewing advert responses
• Booking interviews for candidates
• CV formatting
• Candidate compliance
• Resourcing candidates
• Aftercare calls
• Candidate telephone and video interviews
• Social media management
