Development Expert International - Solar and Wind Energy

Client profile: successfully developing and implementing renewable energy projects. This is across project development, financing, construction, operational management and maintenance of wind and solar farms, battery, and hydrogen projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local teams in various countries in progressing photovoltaic and wind energy projects under development from initial stage to ready-to-build
• Ensure orderly and structured conducting of local project development
• Help to leverage cross country synergies for example regarding standardized approaches
• Support and coach the local teams in further developing their project development skills
• Report to the Head of Development for Hungary and the Netherlands
• Cooperate with internal departments involved in project development, including technical and engineering departments, and project financing

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree, for example in spatial planning, geography, or engineering
• At least 3 years of work experience in development of renewable energy projects
• Profound knowledge of principles of permitting procedures for wind and solar projects
• Business fluent English language skills, further languages are an advantage
• Proactive and methodical approach to working
• Team-player with entrepreneurial and holistic mindset
• Willingness to travel abroad

Location: Wiesbaden - Germany

Salary Package: 30,000 to 50,000 euros per annum
