Location: Tengiz 28/28
• general admin support (stationary & other materials request, IT request, news distribution, gifts etc.)
• technical and administrative duties include, scanning hard-copy documents, electronic filing, document formatting, management of stationary provisions, shredding, copying, mailing, and co-coordinating IT computer needs
• SP access provision and managing migration from O-drive
• arranging meetings for project personnel and conference rooms
• celebration and event coordination
• bus seats assignment & office layout update for SC offices and buses.
• material & facility access management
• Org Chart, Distribution List update
• business trip arrangement
• Other requests from the team.
Job requirements:
• Excellent oral and written communication Skills;
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in humanities or languages;
• Professional experience in the administrative sphere (2+years preferred);
• Proven I-Logistics experience preferred;
• Microsoft Office advanced user;
• Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English;
• Strong communication skills and stress-resistance attitude;
• Ability to handle stress while executing multiple concurrent tasks
