 Carpenter / Leading Hand - Newcastle - Permanent Salary
One of Newcastle's best and respected High end - Custom home builders is looking for a Carpenter / Leading hand  to work on renovation and addition projects around the Newcastle area.
 
The Role:

• Carpenter or leading hand 
• Working mainly on renovations and additions
• Lead other Carpenters / be confident in your craft 
• Newcastle Based
• Happy to be taught
• Good communication skills
• Ambitious
• Project value between 300k - $2M

The business believes in promoting within and there is a clear progression path to Leading Hand & Foreman positions 

The requirements:

• Cert III in Carpentry 
• 4 + years experience out of apprenticeship 
• Experience working on custom builds and residential projects 
• Team player
• An eye for detail and the ability to work at a low margin of error
• More Renovation and Addition experience
• A full driving license is beneficial
• Own tools (Site does have the essentials)
