An oil and gas operator based in the Rockies area is looking for a Field Support Administrative Assistant!

See below for general responsibilities and requirements:
General Responsibilities:

Perform all Open Wells necessary actions
Monitor schedules for accuracy and assist with information flow
Identify areas for team processes & communication improvement
Assist with work towards team's channel ownership
Assist with and work towards form submittal ownership
Assist with SAP as appropriate
Bring updates and concerns to team leadership and meetings
Update rig workbook
Monitor and collaborate with scheduler
Work with compliance teams to ensure client needs are met

Requirements:

Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Open Wells
Ability to multitask effectively
Familiar with tracking and reporting
