We are looking for Local candidates to work as Senior Human Resources Officer for a technology company in Erbil.

Job Summary:
The Senior Human Resources Officer will support management-level staff and perform a variety of tasks, also involved in the recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Detailed documentation of all staff files.
- Enrolling all staff in HRMS.
- Treat management and staff request as top priority and to be completed on deadline.
- Open-door policy for all staff to hear of their grievance and complains.
- Constant update staff for any new or updated policies to make sure there is clear, honest and safe communication between Staff, HR and Management.
- Process the payroll notes to be edited by the HR manager.
- Act as a focal point for staff complains.
- Process timesheet, leave balance, and system update.
- Keeping HR system and HR documents updated.
- Manage HR database (Staff Salaries and compensation).
- Handle the Recruitment process.
- Bird view on department activities, minor and major to ensure all are following the right procedure and dept. duties up to date.
- Lead HR Team on daily tasks.
- Follow the activity of each team member in person to fill the gap or correct any mistakes.
- Always act as a role model and a leader, not as a bossy manager.
- Keep a record of asset database.
- Processing Management requests.
- Preparing the Payroll, leaves, timesheets, investigation results, training, inductions sessions.
- Reporting Minutes of meetings.
- Fulfill the Admin Tasks.
- Fulfill Government relation tasks with a lawyer.
- Create, apply and update Policies, SOPs, workflows.
- Handle company Social Media portals.
- Being a focal point between staff and management.
- Supervise Fleet/Driver Team Leader.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Previous working experience as an HR for 5 years minimum.
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of HR software (HRIS or HRMS and Recruitment Marketing platforms).
- Excellent command of Kurdish, Arabic and English languages.
- Familiarity with Local labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset.
