A qualified specialist with a higher technical education and special training in the established program (possibly directly in the Company) is appointed to the position of a Service Manager, with at least three years of work experience in the specialty.
The service manager must know:
- Fundamentals of hydraulics, mechanics and control of road transport equipment;
– procedures for the implementation and provision of services and technical support;
– regulations, regulations, instructions, other guidance materials and documents related to the provision of services;
– methods of establishing business contacts;
- the procedure for processing documents related to the sale of goods and the conclusion of contracts, agreements and contracts for the provision of services;
– organization and technology of repair work;
- methods of installation, adjustment and adjustment of equipment;
- the procedure for compiling passports for equipment, operating instructions, defective statements, specifications and other technical documentation;
- rules for the acceptance and delivery of equipment after repair;
– basics of labor, tax, economic and financial legislation;
– current forms of accounting and reporting;
– organization of loading and unloading operations;
– conditions of storage and transportation of goods;
– legislative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the Company;
- inner order rules;
– rules and norms of labor protection;
- ethics of business communication.
The service manager must know:
– a complete set of various kinds of equipment;
– computer software;
– office work and document flow in 2 languages (Russian and English - intermediate)
