We are looking for Local candidates to work as HR Learning & Development Manager for an international company in Erbil.

Job Summary:

The HR L&D Manager actively participates in the management of HRD section of the company leads the TIQ learning and development program under the direct supervision of the HRD General Manager.



Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  • Lead the TIQ annual L&D Plan and implementation.
  • Supervene, coordinate, and implement training programs as part of implementation of the L&D program.
  • Prepare, track budgets, and negotiate L&D service contracts with third parties.
  • Actively participate in Producing training materials need for inhouse trainings.
  • Assessing the success of development plans to keep optimizing the plans.
  • Supervise and mange L&D Specialist/s and Senior Specialist/s.
  • Actively involved in Managing the developing HR team.
  • Lead the assessment and carrier path plans for the TIQ employees.
  • Lead the annual organizational review and company succession plan
  • Lead the Competency appraisal and Performance Evaluation process including holding sessions, providing consultation to line managers and employees when needed.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that might be requested by the line Manager when necessary.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or similar field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in learning and development.
  • Must be fluent in English, Kurdish and Arabic languages.
  • Proven problem-solving ability.
  • High level of organization skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Experience of managing a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to deal with ambiguity.
  • Ability of multi-task and under-pressure and in diverse work environment.
