We are joining forces with an high-growth Ecommerce SaaS company to appoint a business-oriented, driven and consultative Head of Commercial to manage high performance sales team to generate revenues with a strong outreach to logistics companies, retailers, and brands.and manage new enterprise client relationships with effective Ecommerce SaaS solutions! As well as to develop and execute to increase market penetration across Thailand market as a Country Head.

Role based in Bangkok, Thailand

  • Performing in the Country Manager of Thailand of a global team, reporting directly to the CRO
  • To achieve country revenue targets for individual and for the entire sales and renewal team
  • Manage the day to day sales team management (helping sales team members deliver high performance, deals navigation, and CxO level sales engagement)
  • Working closely with renewal teams, clients, consultants, and sales support teams
  • Lead and manage the entire pricing negotiation process with external and internal stakeholders, develop pricing strategy, and model to prepare world-class pricing proposals on flexible models.
  • Keep track of the competition, pricing, and promotions offered by the competition in the market.
  • Escalations management and issues resolution by securing needed global and technology team members' involvement.
  • Mapping the market, identify potential contacts and qualify them into sales qualified leads
  • Proactive to source leads from partners, own research, and other channels etc.
  • Engage with identified contacts and leads to elicit and map sales opportunities with critical information
  • Customize platform sales presentations for CXO level, budget holder level, and user/practitioner presentations.
  • Regularly give feedback to marketing on lead and funnel quality and re-align to target relevant segment.
  • Deliver sales presentations in person and/or virtually to external stakeholders to articulate value proposition, solutions to painpoints, core competencies, case studies, and the business capability.
  • Tailor and provide demo platforms in a live environment to users through the sales process by mastering overall platform capabilities and functionalities.
  • Implement and manage the entire consultative sales cycle ranging from 1 month to 3 months.
  • Contract Closure with active follow-up call, market updates sharing, proposal, pricing negotiation, contract signing, onboarding, and account handover to global renewal teams
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team, PR team, and top management to swiftly pick up a lead/enquires to refine into sales processes.

  • At least 8+ years of experience in B2B sales and sales team, operations management
  • SaaS sales preferable to logistics companies or retailers is preferred
  • Prior experience in a revenue target holding role consistently exceeded vital performance metrics is a MUST
  • Direct field & management experience in working with enterprise accounts of all scales
  • Demonstrated ability and proven experience to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills, data analysis, and presentation skills in both English and Thai language
  • Experience with E-commerce Sellers, Brands, and Retailer in Thailand is an added advantage
  • Strong demonstrable research skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Ability to work with the global team in different geographies, cultures, and time zones to solve customer problems and escalate as necessary
  • Being understanding and respect a multi-cultural work environment
