About the company 

The extremely highly commended client is a family built business specializing in volume home builds who has grown to service all of South-East Queensland and New South Wales. With their head office located in Logan, they are expanding their team and looking to bring in a Client Services Consultant to assist in the process of construction of new home builds. They are extremely customer focused and ensuring they bring someone in with the same attitude and care. 

About the role 

To ensure the proactive workflow control of the clients job from receipt of sales paperwork to completion of construction. To provide a professional level of communication and client service by responding to enquiries quickly and effectively.

What will you be doing? 
  • Prioritise ongoing relationships with clients by ensuring they are updated on a regular basis
  • Maintain communication both verbal and written with internal/external clients so any changes can be implemented smoothly.
  • Record and Monitor progress of all jobs accurately 
  • Liaise with various internal departments and external authorities to amend documents, gain approvals, make appointments and resolve client issues in line with Company policy and procedures.
  • Respond to all client queries in the agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure clients are advised of all pre site requirements including council approval conditions, colour selections, demolition applications (if required).
  • Proactively and regularly communicate progress, delays and any documentation requirements to clients throughout the process in order to prevent escalated issues.
  • Action escalated client issues promptly and work with your Manager/Team Leader if necessary to achieve a positive result.
  • Coordinate final contract documents prior to site start.
  • Prepare handover reconciliation of contract and variations prior to settlement.
  • Advise accounts of proposed settlement/hand over date with clients.
  • Ensure warranty/maintenance requests are passed on to warranties.
  • Consistently display high levels of professionalism when dealing with clients in order to enhance our company image.
  • As identified as part of the WHS Responsibilities Procedure the Client Services Consultant is a member of the “Self Leaders” Group and is responsible for


2-3 years in a sales / client-focused / communication role, preferably in the housing industry

Basic understanding of residential housing construction process
