Head of Occupational Health, and Medical & Case Management
· Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health or Nursing.
· NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or similar.
· SHES related Lead Auditor certified.
· International Trauma Life Support certification.
· 10 years’ experience in Occupational Health.
· International project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors or Client, involved in the construction of onshore production facilities (i.e. greenfield and brownfield work).
Sound knowledge of the project execution process in large-scale project environments (expenditure >US$ 1 Bn).
· Strong leadership skills and good ethical behaviour when dealing with sensitive information.
· Excellent verbal and written English skills.
· Able to cope with excessive workload and stay calm under pressure.
· Ability to develop SHES related plans, procedures and documents, and review and comment on technical documents.
· Strong teamwork, facilitation, with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization
· Ability to work with diverse cultures to obtain a world-class SHES performance.
· Creates high quality and accurate output in a timely manner.
· Team player who can effectively collaborate within Project Teams and with external parties.
· Establishes and sustains credibility with peers, subordinates and supervisors.
· Takes responsibility for own work products and can perform at high level without supervision.
· Computer literate and confident user of Microsoft office applications, email and internet.
- Establish and steward health management protocols for the NFS Onshore Project including occupational health, fitness to work, communicable disease and all other health management functions in line with Project and QG Medical policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to incident investigations related to personal injuries to ensure accurate root cause analysis.
- Provide front line leadership in establishing and providing project oversight of EPC CONTRACTOR(s) management of its medical facilities including establishment, licensing and operation of site medical facilities in line with Project and QG Medical department policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements over the course of site execution.
