The Role:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the role encompasses all elements of building, from co-ordination of sub-contractors, call forwarding and job programming software and management of client relationships to ensuring the successful completion of projects with good office support and quality control processes in place. The Site Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining a high quality of work and keeping projects built within time frames and within budget.

- 12 months+ Residential experience (essential)
- Trades base (essential)
- Solid tenure with current or previous employers
- Trade background or tertiary qualification
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
