Lead Mechanical Engineer - Rotating Equipment / Brentford

On behalf of a PMC client we are hiring a Lead Mechanical Engineer (Rotating Equipment)

This will be for a massive grassroots refinery/petrochemical FEED project based in Egypt.
This role will be office based in London in the PMCs office working Mon-Fri.
This will be approx2-3 years scope of work on the FEED stage.
We believe this should also fall outside IR35.

Experience:
To have worked on mega grassroot refining and petrochemical project through the FEED stage.

Role:

• Reporting to the PMC Engineering Manager and works under his direction.
• Identifying, evaluating, and resolving Mechanical (Rotating Equipment)Engineering issues during the EPC phase.
• Review and approve within the specified approval duration's, the EPC Contractor key deliverables and other works within the Mechanical (Rotating Equipment)discipline,ensuring compliance with Mechanical (Rotating Equipment)design requirements andtheLicensors’PDP’s, which involves the interpretation and review of calculations, specifications, plans, investigations, surveys, structures, system or equipment with relatively few complex features.
