Project Manager / Contract Administrator | Architecturally Designed Homes | Sydney CBD
A highly regarded, Architecturally designed home builder based in Sydney CBD are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Contract Administrator to work on projects valued between $5M - $10M. The director is looking for someone to join a team that has a good work ethic and a passion for high-end work. 

The Role:
  • Involvement in the full life-cycle of multiple projects $5M - $10M
  • Cost analysis, reporting and forecasting
  • Working in a collaborative environment¬†
  • Manage sub-contracts & supply agreements
  • Drafting head contracts
  • Liaise with sub-contractors
  • Ordering materials and equipment
  • Assess and process progress claims
  • Support the project manager
The Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Project Manager, Contract Administrator or Estimation role
  • Experience pricing and dealing with everything from BOQ's to Scope of works
  • Previous experience working on residential construction projects, preferably architecturally designed homes¬†
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or trade background
  • Excellent managerial and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience dealing with a range of professionals from sub-contractors to architects
  • Highly organised with good time management skills
