About the business and the role:

Manor Property Limited is the Property arm for ManorBuild Homes that provides the easiest way for New Zealanders to own a comfortable, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly home. Factory-built using advanced manufacturing processes and sustainable materials, their homes are designed, manufactured, and delivered faster and with less hassle than traditional methods of construction can achieve.

Based in a beautiful part of New Plymouth, they are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to join their busy and successful team.  Your main responsibilities in this role will be to co-ordinate the sub trades once the home has been delivered to site, coordinating utilities, decks, verandas and basic landscaping and final set up (including compliance final sign offs) of new homes on site.  You will be working closely with sub-contractors, clients and various governmental departments to ensure a smooth and timely process before the house is marketed for sale.

This opportunity would suit someone with strong organisational skills, someone who can think logically and practically and has a passion for the construction industry.

Working closely with other team members will be focused on delivering their projects on time, within budget and to the expectation of their clients.

You must be computer literate and in order to be successful you will:
  • Have the ability to interact successfully with both internal and external parties at all levels and have excellent report writing skills.
  • Be able to work in a busy environment
  • Have solid problem-solving skills
