The client is a busy national builder who has been operating for over 10 years across all of Australia. They are specialists in the insurance construction sector across both residential and commercial properties.
An exciting opportunity presents within this fast-paced, energy-filled claims processing powerhouse to drive, develop and mentor their eager team. This team is responsible for the end-to-end customer journey from initial claims lodgement, through to construction works, with customer experience being paramount.

Reporting into the business leaders, you as Claims Manager will have responsibilities including;
- Managing a team of 15-20 customer service & claims officers across a busy contact-centre style environment
- Prepare and drive client proposals, submissions, and onboarding to drive business, developing and growing new clients
- Recruitment and onboarding staff, including performance reviews and employee journey within the business
- Training and development of team
- Developing and driving efficiency and best practice processes
- Workflow management
- Liaison with key stakeholders including executive team
- Go-to for client escalations or complications
About You
This client is looking for eager candidates who are willing to learn and grow within the business.
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Experience related to the insurance industry, with building insurance highly regarded but not a requirement - full training provided
- Experience leading a team within a contact centre or KPI driven environment highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly computer literate, strong MS Suite skills
- The ability to prioritise your workload in a changing environment
- A high attention to detail
- The ability to work towards deadline
The successful candidate will receive the below;
- A remuneration package of upwards of $130k - $150k + superannuation + vehicle, experience dependent
