Contract: Wharf Supervisor / Kitimat

The client, a reputable metal mining company, is looking for a Wharf Supervisor in Kitimat, BC on a short term contract basis to start. Candidates MUST be local to the Kitimat area as there is no relocation, travel, or accommodation expense provided.


Role: Wharf Supervisor
Schedule: About 48 hours per week, shifts
Contract Length: 4 months (Extension/Renewal TBD)
Location: Kitimat, BC

Start date: November 1, 2022

Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of unionized employees
2. A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
3. Manage and direct your team to the needs of the department
4. Manage the approval of employee timesheets

Education and/or Experience:

1. Previous Supervisor Skills essential
2. High School Education mandatory
