Financial Director

We are now looking for Financial Director person to continue to lead the company in the ever-growing market. The company is continuously growing and expanding their talent pool.

 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare month end, year- end closing reports for management review
• Lead the process of annual budget, quarterly forecast, tax planning and assist management to form business strategies
• Monitor CAPEX for store opening and impairment cost for store closures
• Oversee activities of retail and offices across HK and China
• Develop and direct all feasibility studies & financial analysis in support of business negotiations of self-owned shops, market development, office rentals, etc
• Oversee whole process of financial report
• Prepare reports on regular basis, monthly management meeting, oversee and running daily workflow
• Perform analysis, forecast reports (DCF would be a plus as well)
• Liaise with external and internal auditors
• IPO or MA& experience is a plus
• Adhoc projects and analysis assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Business
• CPA qualification would be a PLUS
• 20 years of relevant working experience with strong financial knowledge and analysis skills
• Former experience in a sizable audit firm is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen
• Project management experience in internal control, accounting, or systems
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Chinese and English
